I disagree about the eyes a color thing. I think it would be more powerful with as it is. Unless its a super light color. I love this.

Wow you have such a talent! :) I love the detail in her clothing and the skill in which you have painted her. My only suggestion is to edit out the marks in the negative space around her, That way the focus will be intensely on her. Is this watercolor?

You really showed your skill here, great job! for future reference the only thing thatr bothers me is how unconnected the island is to the rest of the piece. It seems like its floating.
